Terms and Conditions

  • The Dugas Dental Discount Plan is not insurance, but a discount plan designed to help offset the cost of dental care for patients without dental insurance.
  • The annual fee is $199, $349, $599, or $1299 depending on the selected plan.
  • A 12-month commitment is required upon enrollment. This plan is designed to provide consistent, preventive care and treatment benefits throughout the year.
  • If treatment is completed using the plan (such as scaling and root planing), and the plan is canceled before the 12-month term is fulfilled, the patient will be responsible for the full, non-discounted cost of any treatment already provided.
  • Dugas Dental may require a comprehensive exam, periodontal charting, and full set of X-rays to assign you the correct plan.
  • "Routine cleanings" apply to healthy mouths only and do not include periodontal maintenance or deep cleanings.
  • The membership fee is due at time of enrollment and is non-refundable, even if services are not used.
  • CareCredit may not be used to pay for membership fees.
  • Plan must remain active for the entire duration of treatment to retain discount eligibility.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Not transferable and has no cash value.
