At Dugas Dental & Carr Orthodontics, we take the health of our team and the health of his patients very seriously. Dr. Dugas believes it’s important to take care of your oral health during this pandemic. Your mouth is the gateway to your body, and your oral health has a direct impact on overall health. We want you to know that it’s safe to come in. It’s safe to get the treatment that you need. We are following all the mandated CDC and American Dental Association guidelines, wearing N95 masks, following hospital-level sterilization protocol, and spacing out the seating in the waiting room. We are being hyper-vigilant to protect our team and our patients.
To prepare for your upcoming appointment, please take a minute to familiarize yourself with our updated check-in process to ensure both your safety and the safety of our team.
There is no need to wait in your car when you arrive. Please wear a mask and enter the building, keeping an appropriate 6 feet of distance between you and any other patient. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you prefer to not wear a mask, we will kindly ask for the medical clearance letter from your physician.
We will take your temperature when you arrive. Any patient with a temperature of 100.4 or greater will be rescheduled. After completing a brief screening form, you will be taken directly to your treatment room.
Please note: Only the scheduled patient should enter the building, except for minors (one parent permitted)
If you are sick, or you have had a known exposure with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID 19 – Please call and reschedule your appointment.
